Refund and cancellation policy
What happens to your money if you cancel — for monthly retainers, annual plans, paid audits and software subscriptions. Written plainly, because a policy nobody can understand is not a policy.
Last updated: 19 July 2026
1. The principle
We charge for work performed over a period, not for a product you receive once. So the rule throughout this policy is the same: you pay for the period we worked, you do not pay for periods we did not.
Where you have signed a separate agreement with different terms, that agreement takes precedence.
2. Monthly retainers
- Monthly fees are billed in advance for the coming month.
- You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to team@evaraecomsolutions.com. Notice runs from the date we receive it.
- We continue to manage your account, and you continue to be billed, through the notice period. At the end of it, billing stops.
- Fees for a month already begun are not refunded, because the work for that month is underway. There is no cancellation penalty beyond serving the notice period.
- If we fail to deliver the agreed deliverables for a billed month, tell us. Where the shortfall is ours, we will credit or refund that month in proportion to what was not delivered.
3. Annual plans
Annual plans are billed upfront and priced below the monthly equivalent, because the commitment lets us plan resourcing. If you cancel mid-term:
- Give 30 days' written notice, as with monthly plans.
- Months already served are charged at the standard monthly rate for your plan, not the discounted annual rate — the discount was consideration for the full term.
- The balance of your upfront payment, after deducting months served at the monthly rate and the notice period, is refunded to you.
- Refunds are processed within 15 working days of the end of the notice period, to the original payment method.
Worked example. You pay ₹8,00,000 for a year and cancel after 4 months, serving a further month of notice. Five months are charged at the standard monthly rate of ₹1,00,000, so ₹5,00,000 is retained and ₹3,00,000 is refunded.
4. Free audit and paid audits
- The account audit offered on this website is free. There is nothing to refund and no obligation to engage us afterwards.
- Where a standalone paid audit is agreed, it is refundable in full if you cancel before we begin work, and non-refundable once the audit has been delivered to you — at that point you have the findings.
5. Software subscriptions
These terms apply to any software subscription we may charge for, including Evara Pulse if and when it is offered on a paid basis.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Part-months and part-years are not refunded on cancellation of a subscription.
- If we discontinue a paid subscription product, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid term on a pro-rata basis.
- You can export your data before the end of your access period. See the privacy policy for retention after that.
6. What is never refundable
- Advertising spend. This is paid by you directly to the marketplace or ad platform and never passes through us. We cannot refund money we did not receive.
- Marketplace fees, commissions, penalties or deductions charged to you by a platform.
- Third-party costs we paid on your behalf with your approval — photography, samples, subscriptions, courier charges.
- GST already remitted to the government on an invoice.
7. How to cancel, and how to raise a dispute
Send written notice to team@evaraecomsolutions.com, with your brand name and the platforms covered. We acknowledge every cancellation in writing within 2 working days and confirm the exact date billing will stop. If you have not had that acknowledgement, call +91 92508 15889 — do not assume the notice was received.
If you disagree with a charge or a refund calculation, write to us with the invoice number and the reason. We respond within 7 working days. We would rather resolve a billing dispute directly than lose a client over an amount neither of us wants to argue about.
